XVIth Congress 2014

The Conference of European Constitutional Courts and its Congresses provide an extremely important pan-European forum for a comprehensive, multilateral exchange of opinions, ideas and experience on substantive issues, as stated in the preamble to the Statute of the Conference.

Against this background, the Austrian Constitutional Court, host to a conference already in 1978, organized the Congress in 2014, thus underlining the importance it attributes to this pan-European platform.
