Lack of Compensation to the Owners of Businesses Consistent with Constitution – No Legal Basis for General Ban on Entering Public Places (aussi en français)

On July 14th, the Austrian Constitutional Court has decided upon applications which had been directed against laws or regulations in the framework of measures against COVID-19. The decisions were published today.
