Ms Doris Ernstberger is in charge of our visitor’s service, guides visiting groups, and organizes events at the Constitutional Court.
In the course of group tours, members of the public get the chance to visit the premises of the Constitutional Court and learn all about the court’s functions, its working methods and the structure of the institution.
Tours are offered exclusively outside of the court’s law terms (during which the judges are assembled in session) and have to be pre-booked.
Members of the public are allowed to attend public hearings during law terms. Information on sittings open to the public can be found on our Website, in the announcement section of the “Wiener Zeitung”, as well as on the notice board at the Court itself. Groups of ten or more people are kindly requested to announce their visit prior to the sitting. Individuals wishing to attend a court sitting do not have to register in advance.
If you have any questions regarding the registration or want to make an appointment, please contact our service team: email@example.com
The Court’s event center is located on the fifth floor of the courthouse. Conferences, symposia, and other events take place there. The event center can be rented for symposia and seminars; it can accomodate up to 110 people, depending on requirements and equipment.

The house rules of the Constitutional Court must be observed during all visits:
