Activity Reports
Every year, the Constitutional Court has to compile a report on its activities and the experience gained, which ist to be communicated to the Federal Chancellor (section 14 paragraph 3 VfGG). De facto, the report is also submitted to the National Council and is discussed by the Constitutional Affairs Committee.
The activity reports in German language are also available online as PDF file for the interested public. Since 2022, an English abridged version has also been produced.
