Angela Julcher, Substitute Member 

Dr. Angela Julcher, born on May 29th, 1973 in Vienna; attended school in Vienna, graduated from the Akademisches Gymnasium Wien in 1991; student of law at the University of Vienna (1995 Mag. iur., 1999 Dr. iur); academic assistant at the Hans Kelsen Institute in 1997; academic assistance at the Supreme Administrative Court from the end of 1997 to 1999, and from 2001 until the beginning of 2003; Constitutional Service of the Federal Chancellery from 2003 to 2010, from 2008 onwards as head of department; member of the Independent Environmental Tribunal (“Unabhängiger Umweltsenat”) from 2006 to 2010; privy counsilor at the Supreme Administrative Court since January 2011; honorary professor at the Department for Labor and Business Law at the University of Salzburg since November 2017.

Substitute member of the Constitutional Court since 2015. Nominated by the National Council.
