Provisions of the ORF Act regarding the Foundation Council and the Audience Council are in part unconstitutional
The Austrian Constitutional Court today has decided upon an application regarding the appointment and composition of the Foundation Council (Stiftungsrat) and the Audience Council (Publikumsrat). Please find the decision below.
