Daniel Ennöckl 
Dr. Daniel Ennöckl, born on 13 January 1973 in Linz; attended school in Wels, graduated in 1991 from the Bundesgymnasium Wels; study of law at the University of Vienna (Master’s degree in 1996, Doctor of laws in 1999) and at the Danube University Krems (2000 LL.M.); civilian service; 1997 to 1998 judicial practice; 1998 candidate lawyer, 2002 bar exam; 2003 to 2012 assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna (o.Univ. Prof. Dr. Bernhard Raschauer); 2005 to 2008 Member of the Human Rights Advisory Council at the Federal Ministry of the Interior (on NGO proposal); 2012 habilitation for constitutional law, administrative law and related areas of European law; 2013 to 2021 Associate Professor at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna, 2014 to 2021 Deputy Head of the Institute, 2018 to 2021 Head of the Environmental Law Research Unit; since September 2021 Professor of Public Law and Head of the Institute of Law at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna; since 2022 Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. 

Executive function for legal entities: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Umweltbundesamt GmbH; Member of the Board of „Österreichische Wasser- und Abfallwirtschaftsverband“ (Austrian Water and Waste Management Association) (honorary); Member of the Board of Trustees of „Diakonie Eine Welt gem. GmbH“ (honorary). 

Since 2022 substitute member of the Constitutional Court. Nominated by the Federal Government.
